The workshop

This workshop, entitled 'Signals measurement and estimation techniques issues in the micro/nano-world', was a full-day workshop. the participants have presented recent research results on the innovative measurement methods and estimation techniques for position/force signals in micro/nano applications. The aim is to exchange experience and know-how concerning microsensors design, development and integration, self-sensing and estimation methods and results and to initiate collaborations.
