News - March 2015 - Yasser Al Hamidi recognized for teaching service
Yasser Al Hamidi, PhD with Micky Rakotondrabe
on multivariable vibration control by extending input shaping techniques (with self-funding), has been honored with the 2015 Texas A&M University
Association of Former Students University-level Distinguished Achievement Awards for their contributions to the university and its branch campus.
Notice that Yasser is lab manager at the Texas A&M University at Qatar and follows the PhD program of the University of Franche-Comté at Besançon France with Micky Rakotondrabe.

Micky Rakotondrabe, gives a seminar on "Modeling and control of microrobots and of microsystems: feedforward control"
at Université des Sciences et de la Technologie d'Oran (USTO) Algeria the 9th of June 2014. He was invited this university the whole week to give seminar and to discuss possible collaboration on
control of piezoelectric systems.
News - January 2014 - New PhD student with self-funding
Yasser Al Hamidi starts a PhD with Micky Rakotondrabe
on multivariable vibration control by extending input shaping techniques. He is lab manager and staff at the TEXAS A & M at Qatar, and follows the PhD program of the University of Franche-Comté at Besançon and the FEMTO-ST/AS2M
in parallel. His PhD starts the 1st of January 2014, is self-funded and relies to the themes of C-MUMS.

Micky Rakotondrabe, gives a seminar on "Introduction to feedforward control of vibration in systems"
at TEXAS A & M at Qatar the 29th of May 2013. He was invited this university the whole week to give seminar and to discuss possible collaboration on
feedforward control of vibrations.
News - Oct 2nd 2012 - New PhD student funded by C-MUMS
Didace Habineza
is hired as a phd-student within the C-MUMS-project from October 1st 2012 to September 30st 2015.
His works concern the multivariable feedforward control of nonlinear, oscillating and thermal sensitive piezoelectric microsystems.
His supervisors are: Yann Le Gorrec
and Micky Rakotondrabe.
